1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These rules (hereinafter – the Rules) apply to all promotions, competitions or prize games (hereinafter – Promotions) organized by MB Gastroware (Company code 307120254, VAT payer code LT100017693418, Tulpių st. 9, LT-91210 Klaipėda, email [email protected]), conducted on the website, social networks or other platforms.
1.2. The Rules supplement MB Gastroware’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Trade.
1.3. By participating in a Promotion, you agree to comply with these Rules and the specific Promotion’s additional rules (hereinafter – Special Rules), which may be published on the website, social networks, promotional messages or other means of communication.
1.4. In these Rules, “we”, “our”, “MB Gastroware” means the promotion organizer, and “you” means any person participating in the Promotion.
2. PROMOTION IMPLEMENTATION
2.1. Only one promotion may be applied per order, unless otherwise specified in the Special Rules.
2.2. Promotional items (both free and at a proportional price) do not contribute to the order value when calculating additional promotions or discounts.
2.3. MB Gastroware reserves the right to cancel an order if it is suspected that it was placed to defraud the promotion terms.
2.4. Some items may not be included in the promotion – in such cases, this will be indicated on the website or by email.
2.5. The promotion begins from the moment of its announcement, unless otherwise specified in the Special Rules. The end date is also indicated in the Special Rules.
2.6. Promotions run only while goods or prizes are available, or until the specified deadline.
2.7. Only persons residing in Lithuania and aged 18 years or older may participate, unless otherwise specified.
2.8. MB Gastroware reserves the right to change or terminate the Promotion for important reasons, by announcing it on the website.
3. FREE GIFTS
3.1. To receive a gift, you must enter the appropriate code when ordering or provide it by phone.
3.2. Delivery or postage fees may apply even for free gifts.
3.3. VAT and additional taxes are not included in the minimum amount required to receive a gift.
3.4. If after returning goods the amount decreases to less than the limit set in the promotion, MB Gastroware reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refundable amount.
3.5. The gift must be returned together with the main item if the latter is returned.
3.6. The quantity of gifts is limited – one gift per customer, unless otherwise specified.
3.7. If the selected gift is no longer available – another item of similar or greater value may be provided.
3.8. The gift is shipped together with the order or within 28 business days.
4. COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS
4.1. Coupons may be used only once and only by the person to whom they were intended.
4.2. A coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
4.3. MB Gastroware has the right to cancel illegally used coupons and take legal action.
4.4. Some items may not be included in the coupon application scope.
5. COMPETITIONS AND PRIZE GAMES
5.1. The start and end dates of each game are specified separately.
5.2. The winner is selected randomly or by committee decision.
5.3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.4. MB Gastroware has the right to verify the winner’s identity.
5.5. Notification of winning is sent by email.
5.6. If the prize is not claimed within the specified time, it may be awarded to another winner or not awarded at all.
6. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
6.1. Data is processed in accordance with MB Gastroware’s privacy policy.
6.2. By participating, you agree that your data will be used for administration purposes, including the announcement of winners.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. Any attempts to violate website security or fair conduct of the Promotion may be considered criminal acts.
7.2. MB Gastroware may unilaterally terminate the Promotion for important reasons.
7.3. All decisions regarding the Promotion are final and not subject to appeal.
7.4. These rules are interpreted according to the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved in Lithuanian courts.
